The data obtained at the moment of a person registering with the loyalty programme, Esperanza?s Friends, will be processed to enable the operation of the programme itself, and so that we can send you information, by e-mail or other means, of the news, products and promotions of Grupo Esperanza Hoteles (Lagos Playas, S.A., Playas de Mallorca, S.A., Hotel Costa Azul, S.A., Mar Oriental, S.L). At the same time, you expressly authorise your data to be disclosed to the abovementioned entities for the operation of the loyalty programme, as such disclosure is indispensable should you wish to enjoy the advantages of the programme.
