Rules for use and enjoyment

The spa, gym and the thermal zone must not be used by children under the age of 16.
Guest are required to wear a bathing suit, swimming cap, fl ip-fl ops, towel or robe.
Silence must be kept in the spa area since it is a place for relaxation and respect to other users must be shown.
The spa may not be used if you suffer from a serious medical condition (such as heart or respiratory problems, recent injuries,
etc). Please consult your doctor before doing any kind of thermal activity. In case of doubt, please consult a member
of the Spa Playa Esperanza Team.
In case of failure to keep the above mentioned rules the Management of Hotel Esperanza and the Staff of the Spa will not
take any responsibility for injuries or accidents.
Pregnant women are not allowed to enter the spa under any circumstances.
Do not bring jewellery and valuable objects to the spa area, the centre will not be held responsible for their loss.
Please book your treatment in advance to avoid overbooking. If you wish to cancel an appointment, you must do so 4 hours
in advance. If you miss your appointment without cancelling it previously, you will have to pay the half of the price of the
booked treatment.
Please, arrive at the Spa at least 15 minutes early.
